Privacy Policy

1. Overview

NaviBatch ("we," "our," or "us") is an iPhone delivery route planning app. This Privacy Policy explains how NaviBatch handles information when you use the mobile app, visit this website, contact support, send a driver report, or receive notifications.

NaviBatch is designed around a local-first route workflow. Many route lists, delivery stops, proof photos, and settings are stored on your device unless you choose a feature that requires processing, such as import recognition, address lookup, or a driver report.

2. Information Handled In The App

2.1 Route, Address, And Delivery Data

When you add, paste, import, review, group, or edit delivery stops, the app handles route and address information so it can provide the requested route planning workflow. This can include street addresses, unit or apartment details, coordinates, route groups, delivery status information, and any stop labels or notes you choose to keep with the local route record.

To find coordinates, NaviBatch sends delivery address text and country information to a Cloudflare Worker, which may check it with map and address services (see Section 5) and reuse results for the same address. The Cloudflare D1 geocode cache stores normalized address text and geocode result fields such as latitude, longitude, matched address, confidence, review flags, and timestamps. Its schema does not include fields for names, sort numbers, stop numbers, package notes, photos, or user identifiers. If an address cannot be verified, its text may also be sent to an AI provider to help identify the problem.

When you open a route in a navigation app, that app receives the stops you send to it and handles them under its own privacy policy.

2.2 Screenshots, Photos, Videos, Files, And OCR-Sensitive Inputs

If you choose screenshot, long image, video, file, or photo-based import, the selected media or extracted text may be processed to recognize visible delivery addresses and stop details. This content is sent through our Cloudflare gateway to an AI provider, currently Anthropic with OpenAI as a backup, to return the recognized stops. Each request carries a random install identifier used for rate limiting. Our gateway does not store the images or the recognized text; it keeps operational records such as timing, stop counts, and app version. You should review recognized stops before routing because screenshots, videos, and OCR-sensitive inputs can contain visual noise, cropped text, or duplicate rows.

2.3 Location And Map Data

If you grant location permission, NaviBatch may use your location to show your position on the map, estimate route context, calculate distance, or prepare route setup. NaviBatch prepares route groups; Apple Maps or another navigation provider handles turn-by-turn navigation after handoff. Sort route optimization uses Apple map services from your device. If you send a report, location may be included as described in Section 2.5.

2.4 Delivery Proof Photos

If you use delivery proof photo features, photos may be saved to your device photo library or attached to a driver report only when you choose to provide them. NaviBatch does not sell delivery proof photos.

2.5 Driver Reports And Support

When you send a problem report, a suggestion, or a coordinate report from the app, we receive what you enter and attach, plus information the app adds automatically so we can investigate:

Reports are stored in Cloudflare, and a summary with any source images may be sent to our private Telegram support channel. If we follow up by notification, the install identifier is linked to your report through OneSignal.

2.6 Push Notifications

NaviBatch uses OneSignal to send notifications, such as updates about a report you sent. When the app starts, OneSignal registers a push subscription identifier and may receive device and app information such as device type, iOS version, language, and in-app activity, including purchase-related activity. We do not use this for advertising. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings at any time.

3. Website, Contact, And Analytics Data

4. How We Use Information

We use information only as needed to operate, support, and improve NaviBatch, including to:

5. Service Providers And Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not use app data for advertising or cross-app tracking. We use service providers when needed to provide app or website functionality. Depending on the feature you use, these may include:

We share only what each service needs for its function.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, with your consent, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

Local route data and photos remain on your device unless you delete them or choose a feature that sends data to a service provider. Geocode cache rows may be retained while needed to provide the address feature. Raw import files attached to a report are deleted when the report is resolved, or within 30 days. Other report information, including descriptions, screenshots, and contact details, is kept while needed to investigate, follow up, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete it. Support emails and contact form submissions are retained for support and business records.

7. Your Choices

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS for network requests and access controls for service providers where available. No app, website, or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children

NaviBatch is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Transfers

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using NaviBatch or contacting us, you understand that information may be processed where we or our service providers operate.
