Every number needs an owner, scope and date.
A listing should help a platform or merchant evaluate coverage without turning unpublished or unverified operating data into a marketing claim.
Identity and website
Verified company name, official website, operating contact path and company-approved public profile.
Service geography
Country, state, metro, service cells, ZIP coverage and any published boundary conditions.
Published capacity
A company-approved capacity range with date and scope—not an invented maximum.
Operating network
Published DSP and active-driver range only when the company authorizes disclosure.
Service evidence
Completion, on-time or POD metrics only with definition, measurement window and verification source.

Last reviewed date, current listing status and a visible correction or removal path.
Bounded growth
More companies is not automatically a better network.
The direction is to improve route density and local service capacity, not add unlimited overlapping operators that divide the same parcel volume.
Start with demand
Review authorized parcel sources, daily volume, delivery window and geographic concentration before enabling a service area.
Check physical flow
Consider sorting access, linehaul arrival, warehouse handoff, DSP loading and backup capacity before drawing boundaries.
Protect service quality
Use completion, aging, exception, POD and route-density evidence to decide whether an area needs more capacity.
Expand deliberately
NaviBatch does not promise exclusive territory, but the network model should avoid encouraging destructive over-crowding.
Company identity
The Network does not erase the operator’s brand.
A qualified company keeps its own legal and operating identity. Any future public profile, website link or service information must be verified and approved by that company before publication.

What does the Network application do?
It records your company identity, relevant operating experience, preferred review location and contact details for private evaluation by NaviBatch.
Does applying reserve or guarantee a service area?
No. Applying does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, orders, financing, production access, a public listing or Territory rights.
How does Enterprise relate to the Network?
Enterprise is the private operating environment and Network identity for a qualified Last Mile company. It is not a separate product competing with the Network.
When can a company appear publicly?
Only after identity, service-area and operating-data review, and only with the company’s approval. Unverified application information remains private.
