Experienced driver
You have personally delivered large parcel volumes, understand loading, route pressure, POD and failed-delivery reality, and want to build an operating company.
If you have delivered large parcel volumes, managed a DSP or led a substantial driver network, your field experience is real. The pilot is for evaluating whether NaviBatch can provide the technical foundation behind your next step.
NaviBatch provides technology. It does not promise order contracts, startup financing, a warehouse, vehicles, insurance, regulatory approval or business success.
Who should apply
The pilot is designed for people who understand the real work and can define what the system must support.
You have personally delivered large parcel volumes, understand loading, route pressure, POD and failed-delivery reality, and want to build an operating company.
You have recruited or managed drivers, assigned routes, handled field exceptions and understand what a last-mile company expects from a DSP.
You are forming or operating a company, have a defined market and need order intake, dispatch, driver execution, POD, exception and data foundations.
You already operate last-mile work and can provide a controlled test workflow without exposing recipient identity or production data in public.
Clear responsibilities
A useful pilot begins with an honest division between the platform work NaviBatch can perform and the business obligations the operator must own.
Public website foundation, controlled order intake, company and DSP workspaces, driver execution foundation, route and progress visibility, POD and exception workflow, tenant controls and agreed deployment work.
Company entity, commercial agreements, order source, management, warehouse and handoff decisions, DSP and driver network, insurance, claims, cash flow, compliance and physical transportation.
Selected pilot model: NaviBatch plans to carry agreed initial platform configuration and deployment work for selected early partners. The written pilot scope must define what is included, third-party costs, acceptance criteria and later commercial terms.
Pilot process
Each stage reduces risk before production identity, live order access or public company information is introduced.
Review experience, company stage, geography, operating model and whether there is a real authorized order-intake problem to solve.
Define roles, route handoffs, DSP and driver process, POD policy, exception ownership, integration source and non-functional requirements.
Use fictional or properly de-identified test data to validate screens, events, permissions and operational decisions.
Validate identity, tenant boundary, order authorization, monitoring, backup, restore and acceptance criteria before live operation.
Only after written approval should production onboarding, commercial terms or a verified public network listing proceed.
Application
Practical experience, a clear operating area and an honest gap are more useful than a general statement that you want to start a company.
Pilot FAQ
A serious pilot protects both the operator and NaviBatch by defining the boundaries before either side depends on production behavior.
For selected early partners, NaviBatch plans to carry agreed platform configuration and deployment work. It is limited to written scope and does not include financing, unlimited custom work, third-party costs or guaranteed success.
A production launch requires a legitimate and authorized order source. An early workflow discussion may begin before a final contract, but NaviBatch cannot provide the orders or replace commercial authorization.
No. Pilot review, production onboarding and public listing verification are separate decisions.
